Tragedy struck the world of Australian motocross on Sunday after Brayden Erbacher, a young and promising racer, lost his life during the opening round of the ProMX Championship in Victoria.
The 20-year-old rider from Kyogle, New South Wales, was competing in the weekend's races at the Wonthaggi Motocross Track, located approximately two hours' drive southeast of Melbourne. During the course of the first round, Erbacher suffered a fatal crash that necessitated an immediate response from emergency services.
